Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of First Priority Contracting ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

First Priority Contracting provides construction, renovation, remodeling, and related services for residential and commercial properties in New York City. Our services include but are not limited to: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, full home renovations, flooring installation, plumbing, and electrical work.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates provided are free and non-binding
• Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work and materials selected
• Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate
• Additional work not included in the original scope may result in additional charges

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required before work begins, typically 25-50% of the total project cost
• Progress payments may be required at defined project milestones
• Final payment is due upon completion and before final materials are released
• We accept cash, checks, and bank transfers

Project Timeline

Project timelines provided are estimates based on typical project conditions. Timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to: permit approvals, material availability, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

Permits and Compliance

We are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring work meets NYC building codes. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and ensuring proper access to the work site.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for one year from project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fixtures as provided by their respective manufacturers. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear, or third-party modifications.

Cancellation Policy

Work may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits for cancelled work may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on work completed, materials ordered, and project stage at time of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain liability insurance as required by New York State law.
