By accessing or using the services of First Priority Contracting ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
First Priority Contracting provides construction, renovation, remodeling, and related services for residential and commercial properties in New York City. Our services include but are not limited to: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, full home renovations, flooring installation, plumbing, and electrical work.
Project timelines provided are estimates based on typical project conditions. Timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to: permit approvals, material availability, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
We are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring work meets NYC building codes. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and ensuring proper access to the work site.
We warrant our workmanship for one year from project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fixtures as provided by their respective manufacturers. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear, or third-party modifications.
Work may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits for cancelled work may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on work completed, materials ordered, and project stage at time of cancellation.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain liability insurance as required by New York State law.
